• Exercising full control over the work force on site
• Ensuring that all the construction activities are executed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications, agreed procedure and method of statement.
• Ensure all the informations on drawing is conveyed to the workforce in proper manner and details produced where required
• Planning the construction activities daily, weekly and monthly.
• Follow up with construction manager/client/consultant.
• Proper utilization of Form work, Reinforcement and other construction materials in order to avoid the wastage.
• To allocate responsibilities and direct all the staff working under.
• Ensure the HSE rules and regulations are communicated to workforce and are fully enforced.
• Analyze all work activities under their control to ensure that hazards have been identified and controlled and that the only safe systems of work are undertaken.
• Immediately investigates any reported HSE hazards by joining with HSE personnel and implement measure to control or eliminates such hazards
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment all time
• Monitoring all Subcontractors work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is as per specifications and is completed on time.

Nature of work
The three projects include the construction of different types of infrastructures in Sewage Treatment Plant like Aeration Tanks, Buffer Tanks, Settlement Tanks, Flow Distribution Chambers, Infiltration Tanks, Pumping Stations, Reservoir, Sludge Digestion Tanks, Electrical Substations, Manholes and Several buildings for the Accommodation, Administration, Laboratory etc., . Construction activities includes the Piling Works, RCC form works by using the Sateco and Peri Panels and Slip form walls, Raft foundations, Road works, Water Proofing works, Installation of Manholes, Drainage and Irrigation pipe lines, Installation of G.R.P (around 14 Km) and HDPE pipe lines.

Responsibilities
• Execution of construction activities as per the construction methodology and documented procurements.
• Planning the construction activities weekly and monthly.
• Follow up with construction manager/client/consultant.
• Ensure the Quality of all the construction activities carried out as per the strict requirements by the client’s specification and the Method of Statement.
• Necessary technical support at the time of construction in connection with concrete & reinforcement as per drawing.
• Preparing RFIs and Co-ordination with third party inspection.
• Preparing the weekly and Monthly progress of work on site.
• Preparing the concrete program daily and weekly.
• Assistance to Q/S, Planning engineer for billing and other reconciliation.
• Proper utilization of Form work, Reinforcement and other material in the construction.
• To allocate responsibilities and supervise and direct all the staff working under.
• Zero accidents by maintaining the safety and regulation as per U.A.E construction laws in coordination with safety officer.

Nature of work:
This project is based on the installation of Electronic Water Meter and giving new connection to the new consumer and making the survey work for collecting the details about the pipe line connection and the consumer throughout al Ain region.

Nature of work
Project mainly deals with the construction and maintenance of Telecommunication Tower throughout the Kerala region.

Responsibilities

•Maintaining and monitoring the quality of construction activities as per the strict requirements of specifications and the Client.
•Ensure all the construction activities carried out as per the drawings and schedule.
•Filling of M Book and Check the invoice from Contractors.
•Co ordination with O & M team for making Surveys about the location and land acquiring.

Nature of Work:
Construction and maintenance of commercial as well as Multistoried Buildings (up to G+13) in the Navy Mumbai area.
