• Efficiently supervised Accounts Payable (Supplier invoice booking, Payment & Periodical reconciliation of Books of Accounts) and also coordinating with them in credit applications & trade agreements.
• Inventory management - Efficiently supervised the cost revisions for the stock holding, stock adjustments, multiple location transfers, and supervised the documentation for the supplier invoices (i.e.; Material receipts by various Store locations & direct delivery operations).
• Month end Accrual entries to record revenues and expenses and necessary closing entries.
• Managing the Management reports such as Cash Flows, P & L, Balance Sheet and petty cash.
• Receivables/Debtors Management - Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Reconciliation of sales with the credit card transaction, Daily Receipts & Sales reports.
• Managed the Payroll and related Functions.
• Fixed Asset Accounting: Acquisition, Disposal, Transfer, depreciation & preparation of Schedules.
• Handled the space rental incomes of the company.
