To coordinate all construction projects related to the company in the region.
Loma Real Suites Hotel and Condominio Loma Real, Isla Margarita, Vzla.
Project Description: Construction of two projects; one of 248 apartments, full equipped for residential use, high end, 14 buildings of 4 storeys each. 4 swimming pools. Second, of 96 apartments for hotel use. Overall 19.840 m2 of construction. Landscape and urban equipment for 25.000 m2. Overall budget US$ 38 Millions.
Construction of 692 social houses units for the regional Government’s plan.
Project Description: Construction of new 692 houses for social relocation of military crew (In two projects). Iron structures, 45 Ha; US$ 36 Million

Project Description: Construction of phase III to IV Harbour buildings. 25.000 m2. US$ 3.5 Millions
As superintendent of quality assurance (QA) of the projects:
UNICASA Supermarket; Centro AB, Porlamar. (average 20 hrs per week)
Par 5 Building, 8 storey, Margarita Golf, Porlamar. (average 20 hrs per week)
Isla Blanca Building 6 storey, Pampatar. (average 20 hrs per week)
Casablanca Building, Developer of WBS and GANTT chart for the whole project. 9 storey; 180 apartments. Margarita Golf, Porlamar. (average 20 hrs per week)
Venezuelan Postal Office. La Asunción Office. (average 20 hrs per week)
Atenea Suites Building, 10 storey. (average 20 hrs per week)
Responsibilities/Tasks:
* Review progress reports issued by contractors, check its accuracy and veracity.
* Review monthly budget reports of construction progress issued by contractors, check its accuracy and veracity.
* Monitor work’s progress according to scheduled works and budget.
* Supervise the outcome of works and it compliance with project specifications.
* Prepare a report monthly of advance of construction process and foresight any desviation form schedule.
* Superintendent for all projects authorized by Del Sur Bank for the region.
* Responsible for issuing monthly reports and special reports to the credit office of the bank.
* Weekly meetings with the Bank Manager Director.
* Responsible for budget costs monitoring.
* Responsible of review progress reports issued by contractors, check its accuracy and veracity.
Aguasal Hotel and Beach Resort
Project Description: Construction of 4 stars hotel and resort in Higuerote, Miranda state. 400 rooms.
* Direct on site construction activities.
* Supervise contractors and workers performance to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Develop, implement and supervise quality controls programs.
* Schedule and manage construction activities.
* Resolution of construction problems arose on site while the construction process.
* Keep records of daily activities.
Casas del Sol Hotel and Resort
Project Description: Construction of 4 stars hotel and resort in Pampatar, , Margarita Island. 200 rooms.
* Direct on site construction activities.
* Supervise contractors and workers performance to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Develop, implement and supervise quality controls programs.
* Schedule and manage construction activities. Keep records of daily activities.
* Resolution of construction problems arose on site while the construction process.
