• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machine, tools, and equipment to ensure continues production operations.

• Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.
• Interviews and hires new staff; prioritizes, assigns and reviews work; approves time off for payroll purposes, and prepares employee performance evaluations; monitors and participates in employee relations activities within the department; ensures that safety program requirements are adhered to by employees.
• Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
• Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
• Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
• Manage procurement activities, Outsource maintenance, and execute in house projects.
• Give periodically motivation and self-confidence (both department) -maintenance/housekeeping Team.
• Ensure proper cleaning services and periodical quality control on company’s premises, in order to keep the warehouse and the offices w/in company’s standards.
• Ensure that the company image (standards) is well respected in all the projects.
• Confers with workers to resolve grievances.
• Prepares department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.

• Attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the format signed off by Contractor’s QA/QC Manager
• Ensure traceability of all materials and equipment from purchasing up to delivery on site
• Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification
• Inspections of site works/activities as per Specifications, latest approved Drawings/Plans etc. and approved relevant documents
• Prepared all submittals documents such as RIWs, MIR, MSI, MTS, MST, ITP, Checklist etc.
• Attend project QA/QC coordination meetings regularly
• Carried out all inspections, witnessing, monitoring, surveillance, etc. as per the requirement of Inspection and Test Plan ( ITP )
• Carried out daily reports highlighting inspections, observations, deficiencies, rectification and action taken
• Review and Implementation of Quality Control Plans / Procedures / Work Instructions / Method Statements at work sites
• Closely monitored site activities and fully coordinated with PM discipline engineers on a daily basis issuing NCRs in case of non-compliance. Reported to QAQC Manager in case of shortage of skilled laborers and/or site supervision staff
• Witness all site tests.
• Review of all Quality Records on completion of site tests and submit to Customer representative.
• To ensure “SAFETY” is practiced on site, any safety hazard noticed reported to the Safety Manager & concerned personnel on site. Initiated rectified/cleared the hazard
• In-depth knowledge and experience of complex MEP systems in buildings and their installation processes, construction estimating on large-scale projects
• Possessing strong experienced in High/Low Voltage System: Transformers, Switchgears, Motor Controllers, Motors, Generators, Rectifiers, UPS, Battery Chargers and Grounding systems
• Possessing strong experienced in Low Current System: Fire Detection & Alarm, BMS system as well as Data/Voice Structured Cabling, Access Control & CCTV
• Directly supervises the electrical sub-contractors/vendors to ensure timely completion of projects. Review programs to ensure electrical contractors/vendors are in compliance with the organization contract requirements.
• Evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures and criteria, using independent judgment in making adaptations and modifications
• Identifies any deficiencies and notifies electrical contractors/vendors to ensure corrections are made as projects progress
• Provide sufficient feed back to QA/QC Engineer on day to day quality issues at site.
• Preparation/Assessment of Quotations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Coordinates Services (Shop) Drawings for MEP services, liaison with Architects and Consultants, liaison internally
• with other trades.
• Coordinating with project’s managers to ensure that structural specifications and standards are being followed as designed
• Coordinating with the Material Management Department to take decision on materials to be used in construction as per the prepared calculations and specifications
• Approving sub-contractors work and supervising staff and projects’ progress to ensure that all activities are being run in compliance with specifications and contractual requirements
• Provide technical support to the design of MEP requirements and related calculations, evaluating tenders and designs and specifying requirements of materials to be used
• Ability to work in Estimation, Engineering Works and Project Management
• Coordinating work in assigned building area(s) in compliance with the company policy, standards, codes specifications
• Proposes, advices and facilities the implementation, coordination and completion of electrical installation and generates budget proposals
• Directly supervises the electrical contractors/vendors to ensure timely completion of projects. Review programs to ensure electrical contractors/vendors are in compliance with the organization contract requirements.
• Attend project coordination meetings
• Directly advise his superior (vendor/contractor) of major problems and recommend corrective actions
