• Leads the HR Team.
• Prepares internal memorandums, disciplinary letters and other correspondence as required.
• Updates local policies and procedures, and propose new one if needed.
• Works actively with the EAM, in-charge of HR & Training and Department Heads during all stages of the recruitment process.
• Coordinates with recruitment agents local and abroad. Monitors the recruitment contracts.
• Administers the hotel's online recruiting tool, Starfinder. Ensure that all applications are responded to within 1 week from the date of application.
• Identify most effective and cost efficient method of recruitment for all positions i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter,
Catererglobal etc. Monitors and handles the candidate's applications.
• Manages the candidate's online assessments.
• Prepares reference check for prospect candidates before hiring.

• Ensures that job descriptions are in place and updated at all times.
• Prepares offer letter and arrange for the on boarding process of new associates.
• Monitors the newly hired associates introductory PMP and the annual Performance Appraisal of all
permanent associates.
• Prepares contract of employment.
• Prepares the monthly HR & Training reports.
• Prepares and attend to salary and manning survey.
• Arrange for the booking and issuing air ticket of joining and leaving associates.
• Responsible in keeping and updating the HR data systems i.e. OASYS, Associate Management and
StarwoodOne.
• Handles the department and housings purchase requisition using ADACO system.
• Process associates due for retirement. Ensures that they are enrolled in Starwood's Legacy Program.
• Prepares the hotel's Orgmapper report for the yearly StarVoice survey.
• Assists in the administration of the yearly StarVoice survey.
• Coordinates and arrange for the Taskforce assignment of associates.
• Arrange and coordinates the annual long service awards and gifts on a timely basis.
• Updates and maintains the HR notice boards for the awareness of all associates.
• Communicates relevant HR information to Department Heads and associates on a regular basis (i.e.
birthday, celebrations etc.)
• Assists in planning and organizing hotel social & sports activities i.e. Staff Party, Service Awards,
Outing, Inter-department & Inter-hotel activities, Fire Drill.
• Monitor the HOD's and associates' accommodation lease agreements.
• Assists the associates with their queries and provide help at all times.
