* Organizational integration of ES Informática ACE into the structure of the Novo Banco (as a

* IT components of transversal projects (RGPD, Money Laundering, Business Process
Outsourcing, DMIF II - Records and Evidences)
* Projects under the responsibility of the DSI (evolution of the Operating System to
Windows10, evolution of the Office from version 2007 to version 2016)
* Participation in studies involving DSI

focusing on the strategic alignment between the project portfolio and the Organization's strategy.
Demand filtering (for available capacity) according to models internally developed.

benefits), both in terms of compliance with project milestones and in terms of budget targets.
Participation in the annual budgeting for IT projects in face of the demand vs installed capacity for IT
developments, strategic priorities of the organization, value of benefits generated, projects already in
pipeline and synergies among projects.

Follow up on customer feedback, identify new business opportunities and select projects for
implementation: idea presentation, business requirements specification, business case presentation,

Specifications, User Requirement Specifications and validate System Requirement Spacifications.
Interaction with the teams for follow-up on project implementation and compliance with acceptance
test plans.
Active participation in the design and implementation of NP-ENISO9001: 2000 Quality Management
System applied to the Internet Banking channel, and enhanced validation systems (eg, 8x8x3
operations validation matrix and OTP authentication system through SMS).
