Following up with the Custom Issues in the Department Of Customs (Returning Trusts, Temporal Entry and Reviewing in all other Procedures).
•Following up for the custom clearance to precede the required custom procedures.
•Concluding Work Contracts of Migrant Workers and Working Permit.
•Renewing Migrant workers’ Passports in the Embassies.
•Making Annual Residencies of the Migrant workers in the Department of Borders and Residence.
•Receiving Workers in the airport and securing their residence
•Reviewing all Embassies in terms of visas and renewing passports.
•Reviewing all Ministries, Banks and Various Governmental Departments to complete all pending and required procedures for the company.
•Replacing the receptionist and replying for the phone calls, responding to their questions and transferring them to the concern department.
•Issueing Work Permit, renewing Commercial Record and Chamber of Commerce Certificate of the Company.
•Insuring Cars and Establishments of the company by an Insurance Company Authenticated by the Company.
•Hotel Reservation for the Visitors and the Employees when they travel.
•Roaming line delivery staff for following up their maters when travel.
•Authorizing others and sending Faxes.
