Active Bio Life Science GmbH (amitamin®) the manufacturer and the owner of the well-known brand amitamin® the pharmaceutical grade Nutraceuticals from Germany.
Extra Care Medical Trading LLC the distributor of amitamin® and the partner of leading pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical brands in the United Arab Emirates. Regional marketing manager, acting as marketing and commercial leader across two Vitamins/Provitamins brands (amitamin & vtamino). Leading multifunctional teams of Marketing, R&D, and business development, technical operations, regulatory and the brands P&L across the MENA region.

Main responsibilities:
Recruit and manage new distributors across the MENA region. Successful On-boarding of distributors in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain & Egypt resulted in engaging, empowering and retaining the distributors.
Lead the overall online and offline business commercial planning process for a Vitamin, Mineral, Herb, and Supplement portfolio.www.vtamino.com, www.holiocare.com, www.amitamin.ae
Lead the brand strategy across competitive market assessment, consumer understanding, portfolio strategy, communication strategy, and budget management and innovation roadmap.
Lead and monitor the new products development stage process from concept through commercialization including product design and packaging.
Contribute and oversee commercial plans development including brand strategy, pricing strategy, packaging, communication, pricing, claims.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the e-commerce webshops (vtamino.com, holiocare.com) and the marketplaces (amazon, noon, Carrefour) by working closely with key stakeholder’s supply chain, marketing, digital communication, CRM, IT, Finance and logistics.
Lead the team of franchise managers, e-commerce manager to deliver business priorities and to drive B2C/B2B customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue generation.
Lead and monitor the strategies to drive awareness of media through channel partners, monitoring and of blogs, articles, and influencer partnerships.
