Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the quality assurance overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate
schedules, costs and resources

• Ensures delivery against QA team goals and objectives: meeting commitments and
coordinating overall quality assurance schedule

• Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality
assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development

• Provide status reports and analysis on testing results including recommendations for
process improvement

• Review functional specifications, create test cases, design documents and bug
descriptions.

• Execute test cases and document results for test case execution

• Identify defects and log them into defect tracking tool.

• Verify fixes in a detailed, efficient, and timely manner

• Perform functional, regression and browser compatibility testing

• Utilizes effective time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Responsible for ensuring that the software meets client expectations and client
satisfaction

• Suggest and help implement process improvements both within the QA group and
throughout the company

Primary Function:

Responsible for the conduct of quality assurance reviews, facilitating change
management, policy/process documentation, dissemination and compliance.

Broad Functions:

• IT Process Management (plan, develop, implement, monitor, improve)

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assists in the implementation, maintenance, and quality assessment of processes
aligned with international standards such as CMMI, ITIL or ISO 27001.

Ensures completeness and accuracy of documentary and informational requirements
related to configuration, change or release management.

3. Assists in the conduct of IT process assessment reviews (simple to moderate)

as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

4. Prepares test plans for assigned projects (simple to moderate).

5. Performs manual or automated tests.

6. Leads and/or facilitates the documentation of ICT processes or systems.

7. Assists in the preparation/development of materials used for IT process

cascades.

8. Assists in monitoring compliance to ICT policies and procedures.

9. Assists in monitoring resolution/implementation of recommendations resulting

from internal/external audit reviews or internal process review.

10. Complies with proper escalation procedures for incidents/problems

encountered.

11. Documents process flows, response times and service levels for purposes of

improving overall performance of department.

12. Provides on-call 24 X 7 services as part of defined duties and responsibilities.

13. Ensures timely submission of required status and performance reports.

14. Performs various administrative functions within the established limits of

authority.

15. Ensures proper upkeep of work area and equipment assigned.

16. Protect company information assets in accordance with established

information security policy.

1. Responds timely and accurately to the escalations of the Level 1 support technicians
via phone and/or email and/or chat.

2. Assists Level 1 support technicians towards 1st time resolution.

3. Assist Level 1 support technicians and Team Leads in Q/A.

4. Mentors Level 1 technicians by providing technical assistance; instructs agents on
the proper use of resources to find troubleshooting steps for difficult issues.

5. Verifies customer’s problem and validates support team’s escalations prior to
escalation to Product team.

6. Conducts training to existing and newly hired Support Engineers as needed.

7. Compiles top or common issues and shares resolution to team on a regular basis.

8. Take Level 1 calls as needed.

9. Provides reports as required by the Senior Account Manager / Account Manager /
Account Supervisor.

10. Conducts daily tools testing

11. Handles I.T. related issues for the account

12. Reports and process IT request for assistance
