Receives daily deliveries from the suppliers and disseminates to proper location in storage areas.
Arrange the stocks received in Freezer, Stores
Prepare and arrange purchase orders for weekly and monthly consumptions.
Dispatch restaurant requisitions, orders, request of catering materials including daily foods menus.
Inputs daily Sales Invoices on OMEGA systems for payments purposes.
Performs monthly inventories on stocks on main warehouse and corresponding restaurants stocks on hand.
Coordinates and call suppliers for orders and price inquiries.
Daily checking temperatures including humidity of freezer, chillers and storage rooms.

Receives daily deliveries from the suppliers / and cargos from the airlines.
Arrange the stocks received in Freezer, Stores and Bonded Area.
Coordinates the remaining stocks to Production and Purchasing, and Dispatch incases like special flights.
Handles monthly inventory of catering stocks and airline equipments. Documents warehouse transactions
Keeps and maintains transmittal records, inventory and stock records, GRN, ISO, P.O, and Sales Invoices.
Generating GRN and ISO in the SCALA System.
Prepares Purchase Request for the out of stocks and critical stocks.
Updates CCP1&2, SOP4, room temperature of freezer and chillers, chemical issuance log, and record log
book for the deliveries.
Daily Issuance of catering items and equipment request from Production, Flowline, and Dispatch.
Maintains the cleanliness and organize arrangement of the freezer, stores, and bonded area.
Thawing of frozen items in the freezer.
Prepares Mainstore Daily Report.

required to prepare the following reports :Mainstore Daily Report

Resposible for deliveries of both International & Domestic Shipments
Performs Pick up & Pick up Exemption Scans to all shipments inbound & outbound.
Prepares delivery exceptions report.
Answer client or internal client concern.
Performing other related activities.

Responsible for toll collection of both manual and system transactions.
Prepares exceptions report. on Exempted vehicle.
Answer client or internal client concern.
Performing other related activities

Monitoring of Inbound and delivery of shipment.
Communicates with courier for pre-alert, new guidelines, procedure and proper documentation pertaining to different special project.
Prepares returning document for special project shipment .
Prepares delivery exceptions report.
Answer client or internal client concern.
Performing other related activities.
