Assures the control of all costs incurred onsite by the company directly, or billed by Subcontractors, and assists in the forecasting of future project resource requirements.
• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of cost of reports and costing audits.
• Examines and reviews unusual cost records and ensures cost data is allocated accurately.
• Responsible for inventory cost accounting policies and practices plus maintenance of all related internal accounts/records and internal controls.
• Provide ongoing analysis of production costs, unit costs, and analysis of variances versus standards.
• Conduct time study necessary for costing procedures.
• Determine margins per product/customer and play an active role in improving margins/profitability.
• Tracking and analyzing gaps between standard and actual cost derived from production.
• Analyze variances and determines capitalization of variances as appropriate.
• Update Prices.
