o Delivery of physical database design, database maintenance, capacity planning, application database support,
analysis, planning and execution services
o Collaborate with Application Development and Solution Architecture teams for Design and Prototyping of existing

o Track and resolve database-related incidents and requests within SLAs and proactively escalate any issues that
cannot be resolved within the established timeframes.
