Accurate filing of project correspondence, reports, drawings and maintain and manage existing filing register with relevant codes and reference numbers.
Establish and maintain procedures, policies and automated systems needed to meet the demands of document control.
Capable to locate and retrieve all the documents from the systems and file room.
Segregate and arrange all documents prior to their numbering system.
Post changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents and notifies affected projects/ departments.
Submittals preparation of Technical Report / Design drawings of Conceptual, Preliminary, Final for Water System, Sewerage System, And Roads.
Input incoming documents and prepare document transmittals.
Indexing and responsible for documents matrixes as per Document Management Procedure.
Ensure accurate and timely release of all document changes.
Manage archival and maintenance of storage of documents and specified quality.
Maintaining filing systems according to Quality Management System.
Maintain an efficient project related Document Control register.
Be enthusiastic and posses high level of communication skills.
Maintaining Updated Drawings for Issued for Construction purposes.
Shall ensure the issued copies being used by the recipient personnel is the current revision and shall collect any superseded documents and replace it with the latest documents.
Shall prepare documents for Request for Information (RFI) for all engineering query.
