A. SME PARTNER RESOURCE - DU TELECOM
1. Responsible to deliver and provide update to Back Office team with regards to SME Communication details.
2. Track and analyze all the pending order from the SME tracker.
3. To liaise closely with the sales support and operation team from the submission of the application until the last step of activation.
4. Validation of documents before placing any order by creating an activity in CRM to deliver product/services to the customer in a committed SLA
5. Capture each client cases on CRM and issue through token number for any further reference / follow-ups
6. Escalate any key issues / long pending cases to the key account manager and top management that requires necessary action.
7. Assist the account Manager with the overall activities of Du Helpdesk.
8. Handling corporate mails, assisting the customers on all their queries and giving feedback with regards to reported complaints.
9. Have a good knowledge in Business support and control system (BSCS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Siebel where we get the overall view of the client along with the on-going communications and open issues if any.
10. Create new prospect to generate new du account of a certain new company.
B. BACK OFFICE SUPPORT - Du Telecom Operations:
1. Maintaining records of specific details relating to the customer complaints, inquiries, feedbacks, customer transactions and interactions.
2. Managing and improving the operational processes, policies, and systems in support of the organization’s mission.
3. Supervising overall operational management, systems.
4. Plays an important role in processing all SME orders (DU system access will be provided) maintaining track records. Coordinate with sales support team to follow up and handle all sales related queries & issues.
5. Ensure proper documentation requisite for determining customer eligibility.
6. Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved.
7. Oversees the daily sales and Operations of the Project.
8. Help exceed Company sales and Operations Goals and work with sales to establish Sales Targets.
9. Responsible for Management report (MIS)

C. SALES COORDINATOR for Project Team
1. Achieving Sales Targets
