Management of all technical maintenance supervisors, maintenance technicians, heavy duty operators,
heavy duty drivers and heavy duty mechanics along with other plant machine operators,
Purchaser and despatcher, lab technicians and labors.
Mud plant moves supervision with technical teams.
Conduct safety orientation and job safety analysis. Purchase /design specification planning of new assets
required for the company.
Progress reporting and status of all plant activities, transportation and equipment's and purchase order
status to higher management and clients (Kuwait Oil Company Drilling Operations Group).
Review of new Equipment Procurement of Vacuum Trailers, Bulk Trailer, and Storage tank specification
and onsite consultancy with customers.
Worked for the below projects third party inspection.
Eocene sub center phase - I, 20" cement lined piping to mgc.wafra.
*execution of slug catcher plant / pipeline /piping construction activities.
*exposure to project management including planning, monitoring, coordination.
*quality control, inspection, manpower & equipment's control, liaison with
clients/consultants.
Projects undertaken:
*slug catcher plant at knpc - mina al ahmadi refinery.
*oil / gas pipeline laying activities of a spread / terminal at KOC area.
*cross-country pipelines, transit lines, gathering stations.
