• Coordinated the financial aspects of due diligence performed by OPIC(Overseas Private Investment Corporation) and IFC(International Finance Corporation) and provided corporate financial requirements for projects financed by the same international bodies.
• Assisted in developing the inherited finance and job-costing system.
• Realized 8% reduction in operational costs of the South West Region in terms of fleet running expenses and regional office overheads.
• As Project Coordinator in the South West Region, with a team of over 150 individuals, successfully implemented ERP Navision Software (Microsoft Business Solutions) within the initially set time frame while ensuring the new software meets financial procedures, systems & processes.
• In compliance with British American Tobacco’s requirements, being the company’s partner at the production level, prepared & interpreted budget monitoring information, including forecasting, trend analysis, risk analysis and recommendations for corrective action when targets were not met.
• In alliance with British American Tobacco’s Marketing Finance Unit, used business acumen and investment knowledge to review the firm's financial performance and recommend investment strategies to senior leadership.
