Responsible for chilled water service with flashing system, duct work for OAU, AHU, smoke and ventilation fan, plumbing & drainage system, fire fighting system, coordination with MEP work (electrical & cause & effect, ECS) and design & modification of drawing.
Responsible for reviewing all quality records on site & retaining them in handover files. Preparing for monthly bill for the project. Routine quality performance reporting & documentation to client & Quality Manager. Carry out regular surveillance inspection for QA/QC activities on site, including all electro-mechanical of the project.
Monitor Non-Conformance reports & follow-up with site team to ensure all non-conformance issues are resolved & closed out & liaise with Site Manager, HSE Manager for taking preventive & corrective actions. Ensure only latest revision approved documents are used on site.
Ensure proper control on receipt, distribution of contractual documents & drawings with assistance of document controller. Ensure & assist in the lamentation of QP & Quality requirements are understood by site personnel, workmen, & providing training when necessary. Ensure all inspection are done as per ITP & shall be documented on pre-defined forms & sheets. Final Handover Documentation of assigned project.
