- Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing work station for existing products by improving the industrial performance using SPS techniques and tools.
- Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity.
- Ensure the deployment of SPS principles and implements Lean/6 Sigma tools.
- Represent Manufacturing engineering function within the manufacturing SIM
- Write operator work instructions for training
- Contribute to the development of new products (manufacturability, feasibility)
- Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
- Qualifies means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers location.
- Design and develop layouts and methods to ensure the manufacturability of product.
- Lead and/or support Lean / Kaizen activities.
- Perform root cause analysis of situations and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with the day to day SIM issues supporting the production and cross functional teams.
- Provide support for employee idea system.
- Responsible of innovation to find creative solutions for problems and maintain cost reduction strategy.
- Other duties as assigned by department manager.
1- Leads specification, design, analysis and development of industrial projects to increase productivity efficiency.
2- Evaluates and validates design alternatives to create optimum process designs.
3- Leads the teams of technicians through industrialization activities for set up and improving manufacturing process.
4- Responsible about implementation of Industrial planning
5- Present a member of technical department: analyze of material flow machine capacity and ergonomics.
6- Industrial development for new products, new workshop or new process.
7- Responsible of filling company different designs.
8- Responsible to apply management strategy (5S / Help for maintenance …)
10-Respect and follow up budget 750000egp + investment budget.
11-Responsible of innovation to find creative solutions for problems and maintain cost reduction strategy.
I handle the following duties but not only limited to these:
• Designing the process sheet for the manufactured parts.
• Drawing sketches to describe the process steps for the manufactured parts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Creating a code & a bill of material "BOM" for each part on a business management software called SAP to describe the dimensions & the weight of the raw material .
• Developing the manufacturing process to save time & increasing the product quality.
