1. Prepare material take-off / Design for all bar bending schedule (BBs) in concrete structure such as
concrete structure foundations, main pipe racks, pipe sleepers, octagonal pipe foundations, Storm water,
sewerage, oily manholes, valve for fire main water manholes, Ductile Iron & Sleeve pipe & manhole
installations catch basin, etc.
2. Prepare Method Statement, Technical query, MAR, shop drawing submittals for client’s approval.
3. Prepare Weekly Deliverable List for submittal to the Client's.
1. Civil / Structural, OFF-Shore and marine works, Zadco /Adnoc oil/gas and petroleum, infrastructure projects.
2. Supervision and construction of district cooling, roads, gate-way bridges, pedestrian bridges, cable stray and post tensioning for super structural bridges and RTA foundation of piling works.
3. Retaining walls, quay walls for shore protection, diaphragm walls, high-rise buildings and villas.
4. AdnocOnshore Gas Development (L.N.G.), Ruwais Refinery Expansion project, for anti-corrosion of jetty platform, pipe lines, flame towers (70m), fire protection gas tank, frame structures, hot and cold vessels support and fully materials take-off For Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) & Procurements in civil / structural works.
5. Man-made waterfalls, road vehicular tunnel, marine piling, dredging, foundation piling, marine life protection.
6. Infrastructures, sub-stations (11kv), control building, buildings, man-made canals, concrete pouring, ETISALAT duct laying, architectural finishes, sewerage manhole rehabilitation, reservoir and pumping stations, storm water and potable water ductile iron & sleeve with manholes Construction, Carbon Steel, GRE pipe laying.
