Manage the HSE department consisting of 38 personnel scattered between two underground mines and the process plant. Ensuring safety, health of personnel is improved everyday through a through integrated HSE management system.

Developing Training Packages and delivering Safety & Health-related training including Inductions

Responsible for Safety & Health statistics (
HSE Communications such as toolbox talks, HSE Forum presentation
Chairing the HSE committee meetings
Attend the site-wide Safety Meetings
Coaching of employees on-site and Task Observations
Advise management on applicable legal requirements

NEBOSH is a professional qualification in Health & Safety offered by the National Examination Board Of Occupational Health and Safety specifically developed for Senior Executive. This qualification is equivalent to an honors degree ( Level 7)
