Conducts thorough field observation and how to properly report relevant information to the General Manager.
Supervise work based on approved technical specification of actual working drawings.
Observes quality against installed layouts for all discipline
Time to time coordination with other departments/divisions.
Prepares actual monthly billings against finished work
Provide As-Built Drawings which are needed for application of permits and for future references.
Reports to General Manager.

Project Responsibilities: Field Architect
Conducts thorough field observation and how to properly report relevant information to the project manager.
Prepare conceptual design based on revised architectural requirements.
Approval of submittals prepared by sub-contractors and suppliers which includes shop drawings, product literature and actual sample of specific products.
Assist Field Operation Group on Owner’s Punch list handed over by Marketing Group.
Supervises Architectural finishes based on approved technical specification of working drawings.
Observes quality on improved units which are due for turn-over to unit owners.
Time to time coordination with other discipline.
Approves and check finish units of contractor on other projects.
Reports to Project Manager. Architectural CADD Designer
Provide supplementary drawings/drawing revisions for the implementation of Operation Group.
Maintain Cad document archive and retrieval for projects.
Prepares detailed drawings on strict compliance to client’s drawing plans and specifications.
Update FCD’s/Working drawings which are revised based on change of plans.
Provide As-Built Drawings which are needed for application of permits and for future references.
Reviews drawings for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate to Surveying Group for as-built drawings.
Other related tasks that may be assigned.
