Oversee the House Keeping and Laundry operation
Hold position as Sr Manager Facilities
Manage the maintenance of buildings, facility equipment and other facilities systems and procedures;Plan, and schedule facility service and modifications, including Hospital ambulance protocol, Patient Services, crowd management; Design and develop organizational policies and operational standards relevant to the facilities department; communication services and facilities expansion; Oversee the coordination with pestcontrol, Hospital House Keeping, security management and Food & Beverage division .
Assisting regional Logistics Manager in compilation and allocation of accommodation occupant and budget.
Supervising and control assigned staff to ensure efficient operation.
Conducting regular inspections in order to monitor hygiene safety and comfort.
Ensuring the accommodation is maintained in a clean and tidy.

House Keeping
To Monitor the outsourced vendor to provide a clean and pleasant atmosphere to the employees
Coordinate with vendor to comply Cleaning schedules
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the employees by having a working knowledge of emergency procedures and health and safety regulations
Space Management
To undertake a monthly audit of departmental floor space
Carry out full space audits and regularly check and optimize the utilization of space.
Work with project Manager to review space needs.
Internal Audit
To conduct audit for ISO compliance on every month

To ensure that all maintenance requests are sourced and managed through to conclusion to the satisfaction of the employees.
To be proactive in obtaining feedback from front line staff in relation to maintenance issues.
