1. Ensure seamless co-ordination between various MEP services, Civil, Structural and other system wide contractors in order to drive the project as per the scheduled project timelines and costs.
2. To develop and maintain relationships with Key Influencers for the project (Clients, Architects, Consultants, etc.) in order to achieve project milestones (execution / financial) ahead of time.
3. To manage the activities such as engineering, design, procurement and construction with respect to the project schedules for sub-vendors and project staff.
4. Responsible for maintenance of Record notes, RFI’s, Contractual Letters, Monthly progress Reports any other correspondence with client, consultant, vendors meticulously.
5. Ensure delivery of the Project on time, on budget and meeting customer expectations within stipulated time interval successfully.
6. To monitors and assist the Department Managers in projects financial aspects to maintain or improve margin/cost ratios of projects, advise on scope change settlements, variation orders and claims, cash flow projections and follow-up projects budget costs.

Project Planning & Management:
 Directing the team from the initial phase of the project on Engineering and Site matters, production of detailed design and construction documents (MT, RFI, MS, PRO, PQ, FCR, O & M Etc.) including sub contracts and relation documents.
 Coordinating with Staff to ensure all the design and execution meet project needs and steering diverse initiatives towards accomplishment of organizational goals & vision
 Performing tasks central to project progress, including scheduling, procurement and resource management
 Managing the preparation of technical documentation, procurement packages, sub contracts and project forecasts.MEP Design & Execution:
 Providing Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) engineering design review, coordination, code input and construction technical support for the entire Project.
 Coordinating MEP concerns with other internal departments, including Architectural, Structural teams, Regional Offices, and other departments as required supporting the MEP infrastructure needs.
Commercial Activities:
 Preparing Pre-Qualification Requirements, Detail Engineering comprising of Preparation of Schemes, Drawings, finding out quantities, Tendering comprising of Drafting of Technical Specification for upcoming projects.
 Responsible for preparation of quantities for entire project; ensuring usage of quality material & approved methods, verification of qualification of personnel performing the work, etc.
 Attending post bid clarification meetings & negotiation with vendors and helping client to take decision for awarding work, Quality Checks, Witnessing Testing.
Liaison & Coordination:
 Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with the clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
 Motivating workforce, providing communications and coordinating efforts for maximum efficiency and quality throughout project.

Analyzed and then effectively strategized MEP works in regard to business goals, deadlines, schedules and budgets.

Clearly communicated problems and progress to upper management via engaging and artful presentations.

Supervised a team of 250, coordinated workers and resources throughout the entire project cycle.

Reviewed all MEP (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection) shop drawings, material submissions, calculations and other technical documentation and ensured legal and technical requirements were met.

Spearheaded the installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC ductwork, Pipework and Equipments (Air Handing Units, Fan coil units, Cooling towers, Chillers, CRAC Units, Pumps GRP Tanks etc) at construction site.
