 Produces payroll and WPS, Review and confirm payroll related calculations including deduction, staff benefits etc.
 Prepare aging report and analyses the credit limit.
 Checking and approval of receipts and payments.
 Providing accounts information to internal departments.
 Actively participated in sales, CAPEX and OPEX budget preparation and monitoring variance from budget forecast.
 Preparation of export documents, submission of document to Bank for negotiation.
 Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
 Checking and approving Bank reconciliations for bank accounts and cash position report on monthly basis.
 Stock & store management, inventory management, job costing, product pricing.
 Completes external audit and providing information for auditors.
 Intercompany & subsidiary company reconciliations

 Prepared, examined, analyzed records, financial statements and other sales reports.
 Preparing Cash flow statement and account finalisation.
 Review all petty cash reimbursements for proper documentation.
 Lead monthly, periodical closing of books of accounts in line with reporting time lines.
 Bad debt follow up and recovering.
