Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for calendar management, requiring
interaction with both internal and external executives and
assistants, as well as consultants and suppliers to
coordinate a variety of meetings.
* Responsible for all administrative work, word processing,
filing, collating and distributing correspondences.
* Coordinate with other departments for clerical or
administrative matters, as directed.
* Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and
documents; prepare background documents and out-going
mail as necessary.
* Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and
administrative duties as required.
* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and
follow through on issues on a timely basis.
* Receive and screen communications including telephone
calls and e-mail messages, and provide assistance to
determine the required priority attention; prioritize, channel
and facilitate internal communication.
* Prepare schedule and record activities and make follow-up
action of documents requiring action.
* Take and prepare minutes of meetings, as directed.
* Report all problems in the department and provide
administrative support to all new employees.
* Maintain systematic documentation of correspondence
through UCM (Oracle Universal Content Management).
