Duties & Responsibilities in M/s. Kirby Building Systems-Kuwait.
Converting engineering concepts to shop drawings as:-
a) Fabrication drawings for P.E.B. & Structural jobs. These drawings are made from concepts generated by the engineering department. The required parts or structures are fabricated in the workshop.
b) Dies, Fixtures, Conveyors, Auto Welder line, Cranes etc. as per the requirements.
c) Machine sub assembly’s drawings
Preparation of Erection drawings, Bill of Materials along with Shop drawings & Shop
drawings of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (P.E.B.) for Factories, Warehouses and
Shopping Plazas in AutoCad.
Preparation of bill of materials along with the shop drawings. Follow up the job progress and co-ordination between engineering and shop floor.
Creating presentation drawings for management as required: - Plant modification, Capacity-increasing, Production line etc.
After studying creating drawings to increase production, reduce time & cost, by Modification of machineries & production lines. Designing of plant layout and product material flow.
Preparation of machine drawings for modifications and upgrade as required.
Supervising the fabrications as per drawings generated.
Preparing Plant and Machinery layout of company’s global expansion of the projects
Using AutoCAD 2012 to generate drawings.
Hand on experience using SAP for day-to-day activities.
One year worked as a AutoCAD Draftsman cum Machine Shop in charge in M/s. J.M.Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Vapi, India.
Three and half years worked as a CNC Programmer cum Machine Shop in charge in M/s. Devrekha Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (ISO 9001), Surat, India.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 year Course) by correspondence course with 61 % Marks.
Passed Final Trade Test conducted by NCTVT.(National Council for Vocational Training) from Govt. of India with 75 % Marks.
