Planning, developing and implementing company’s policies, goals and action plans.
Analyzing & identifying new business opportunities & new market openings for new & existing products
Championing excellence business relationships with stakeholders
Removing barriers that hinder work process.
Heading the development of yearly business plans including:
industrial, supply chain, sales & marketing strategies.
Achieving substantial and significant growth for the company.
Responding to customer needs & market trends.
Managing the achievement of forecasted objectives as well as P&L.
Reviewing monthly performance reports, analyzing achievement V/S business plan.
Implementing contingency plans when necessary.
Providing dynamic leadership for the company. Building and developing a professional and motivated management Team
Driving positive change across the company and leading by example.
Coordinating with HR adequate recruitment & career development plans
- Restructuring of Sales Dept. (Targets, Reports, Customer Service, Forecasts etc ).
- Daily follow up with Distributors on Sales, Competition, Shipments.
- Training for the distributors sales teams.
- Launching new brands in markets.
- Fishing for new Distributors and new Markets.
- Covering around Eight countries in Africa and Middle East
- Monitoring P&L of the company.
- Restructuring of the Sales and Export Department.
- Setting annual forecast / Market / Brand /SKU
- Setting A&P Budget / Distributor.
- Creating internal and external reporting systems.
- Launching New Brands.
- Achieving 25% Sales growth.
- Opening 8 new Markets.
- Setting training seminars for Distributors Teams
- Handling portfolio of Multinational brands such as Johnson and Johnson, Kimberly Clark, Colgate Palmolive, Gillette, Listerine.
- Managing a team of 123 personnel.
- An average of 25 to 30% yearly growth.
- Setting yearly forecast and business plans / brand / sub brand.
- Monitoring the P&L of my division.
- Improving numerical and weighted distributions / brand / trade channel.
- Handling the Tissue line.
- Follow up the Sales by category of products.
- Market Surveys.
- Assist in setting Marketing and Sales Plans.
- Study new potential product lines.
