Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Manager - Dealer Management System (DMS) from Oracle - Siebel CRM
Project Manager for evaluation, concept, specification and implementation of the DMS, CRM and Sales Planning methods and system.
Benchmark and analyze concepts, IT system selection, specify business requirements with functional and process responsible.
Management of Development of Oracle based Siebel DMS and CRM systems together with internal and external suppliers and roll-out the systems and methods at wholesale, dealerships and Retail Finance Service providers.
Train wholesale and retail level users on DMS and CRM system with support of external suppliers and ensure usage of the systems across all India Daimler Dealer Network.
Lead project team with sub project leaders for Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Financial Services and IT (Key responsible for evaluation, concept, requirements, End to End implementation and Roll-out)
Manage and lead continuous improvement process of the DMS, CRM and Sales Planning systems and methods.
Project planning, budgeting and financial controlling in teamwork with financial and controlling department.

Taking care of Mercedes Benz Actros after sales IT system Country administrator for Star Diagnosis tool, Tech Pubs like WIS (Workshop information system), EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog), and VEGA (Warranty Management system) etc...
ARIS - BPM (Business Process Management) - Marketing & Sales / After Sales Modules.
Process modeling using ARIS suite of products.
Defined the Daimler India Whole sale and Retail Process based on current Requirements.
Analyzing reports generated from ARIS tools.

Managing Marketing and Sales Promotional activities of the dealerships on monthly basis for finalizing field marketing activities and advertisement plan etc. devising the monthly retail schemes as per market situation.
Enquiry Management through GDMS system which helps Analysis of enquiries and application of sales strategies. Implementation of retail activities and schemes. Conducting road shows and sales promotional an activity to generating more enquires then converting in to bookings to retail.
DEP - Dealership Enhancement program monitoring and improvement for their 3’s facilities.
SSI - sales satisfaction index monitoring and improvement as per JD power ratings.
