- Assists clients with property sales and development.
- Build relationship with clients to encourage return on business.
- Participate in the Property Consultant Duty Roster system of the company
- Attend weekly sales meeting and training session provided by the company.
- Attend to daily real estate enquirers
- Establish / develop and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients.
- Provide market appraisals

o Understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
o Understands the issues involved in administering and maintaining corporate WAN.
- Internal Systems
o Assists with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.
o Helps install and improve computer software and network equipment.
- Help Desk Administration
o Helps answer all trouble calls/emails and enters work orders into our tracking software.
o Interacts with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues; communicates with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.
o Provides responses to internal clients in a timely manner.
- Networking
o Understands the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
