• Approving incoming materials and in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approving finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, confirming re-work.
• Documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, inputting data into quality database.
• Keeping measurement equipment operating instructions, calling for repairs.

• Supervising the assembly, inspecting profiles and guide rails for automatic roofing for cars such as BMW, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, Range Rover/Land Rover, Chrysler, Volvo, Jeep, Jaguar and Nissan.
• Operates machine such as CNCMilling, CNCPressbreak and Saw Machine.
• Handling of goods, picking and packing of goods.
• Doing the monthly and yearly inventory.
• Hands on technical experience in setup and operation of the above machines.
• Independently inspect, constantly monitor, and make sure that all equipment and machines are properly operated, maintained, and well taken care of.
• Set-up, inspection, and checking the tools before and after the operation with no supervision.
• Pressing of frames from 3meters height to 700millimeters in width (1.2 mm in thickness to 5 mm).
• Responsible for pressing of accessories such as Glass frame, Louver, U-bend etc. having calculated the bending factors independently.
• Knows how to read blueprint and make calculations and measurements accordingly.
• Set-up tools, punch and die.
• Set-up and selection of right tools independently.
• Able to work and adjust the machine according to the part being worked on.
• Knows how to program using AutoCad software.
• Efficient in setting up machines alone or without supervision and making sure that the right tools are used to setup the machine
• Knows how to calculate bending factors/error and adjust the machine without breaking any parts
