• Prepare and maintain up to date inventory lists for all flats and accommodation
• Arrange Events, etc. from Hr. Dep and update Hr. Notice board.
• To send Accommodation monthly end report to HR Mg and Admin
• Prepare a budget for catering consumables and equipment needed with Hr. Team and arrange food Meetings with the Staff about Catering food, to make more standard and increase the portion of food in demands. And Daily Food Headcount update of Cafeteria to Hr Mg
