BlueRing develops software business solutions for the banking and finance sectors. With highly specialized Corporate Credit and Retail Credit Management software, the aim of the company is to improve the analysis of credit files in order to achieve risk minimization.
I was employed under this capacity to plan, direct, and coordinate all activities associated with creating Banking Solutions Spanning across multiple functional areas and products. Argent is an international software vendor producing Enterprise Level Systems Management, Web Service Analysis and Business Process Automation software ranging from between $100, 000 to $2 million dollars for medium to large Enterprises.

Promoted to this position to direct and manage the Professional Services Team, which includes 12 pre and post sales Engineers as well as three support engineers in the Asia Pacific region. Developed and maintained a professional services team with a big focus on Service Delivery and Service Level Management. Implemented ITIL processes within a predominantly sales driven software company. I insured that ongoing support is conducted at an optimal level to maximise customers' satisfaction and that all implementations are maintained regularly to minimise problems and outages.

Conducted regular Staff meetings to insure that all Engineers are working inline with our processes and to keep them updated with all aspects of our Business.

• This involves implementation, support, maintenance and driving our products to achieve maximum penetration in the customer's environment.

• Part of my continuing success is the ability to approach each engagement with a commercial eye, identify new problems in an organization and find ways our products can help.


Training and Development:
• Customers who are appropriately skilled in our products are most likely to gain the greatest benefits, have the healthiest relationship and purchase more services.

• With this in mind I developed course material for a 3 and 5 days course, complete with vendor certification to a national standard.
