⦁ Check and Monitor Critical / Consumables materials for operation.
⦁ Plan weekly materials to be used for operations per projected output per product.
⦁ Submit weekly material consumption per Lines.
⦁ Sourcing / Ordering of urgent materials.
⦁ Evaluates the quotations of materials, tools and equipment submitted by the suppliers.
⦁ Prepares Purchase Orders of local / foreign orders and coordinate schedule of deliveries.
⦁ Monitors supplier performance to ensure consistent service, high quality and low costs of goods/services, and addresses deviations with management.
⦁ To ensure purchase of the best quality of items, best price at the fastest delivery
⦁ Expediting of items which are urgently needed.
⦁ Receiving and checking of all deliveries’ quality and quantity.
⦁ Responsible for implementation for all Purchasing Procedures.
⦁ Assist to plan maintenance activities and issue work schedule
⦁ Monitor spare parts, wear parts and consumables consumption and maintenance KPI’s
