Develop documents for bases of concept, schematic and detail design of hospitals and healthcare facilities such as functional and integrated programs, space programs, room data sheets, medical plans, workloads and architectural design based on National, Regional and International Facility Guidelines and Standards that shall be the basis for the design.
Prepare detailed Space Program based on the Clinical Program this shall include, but not limited to, department relationship, zoning and circulation flowcharts.
Develop and maintaining in-house databases for medical and nonmedical equipment that are required for various healthcare facilities
Develop systems to ensure proper implementation of Hospitals and Healthcare Operation and management based on national, regional and international standards
Collaborating with strategic architectural partners to develop concepts, schematics, and designs of hospitals and other healthcare facilities Recommend products and manufacturers, quantities and prices for all the medical equipment, furniture and fixtures that are required within the project based on the prepared Room Data Sheets.
