• Currently working in capacity as Branch Relationship Manager (BRM).
• Handling the major portfolio of the branch which happens to be the main branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank in Nagpur.

• Being the first point of contact for offering different products of the bank and helping customers get on-boarded by giving demo of digitalization and next generation banking and also to help customers get migrated to alternate channels and online mode of banking.
• Monitoring of Suspense / Routing Accounts
• Cross Selling (Involves CASA, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Demat/Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, SIP’s, Retail Assets, Trade Forex, etc )
• Advise clients on aspects of insurance and help them make informed decisions about insurance policies that will be most suited to their needs.
• Propose various account structures to suit client’s specifications when setting up new accounts - such as Individual accounts, Corporate accounts, Trust managed company accounts, etc.
• Developing business for the organization, identify business opportunities with current and potential clients by evaluating their needs to increase customer satisfaction and locate potential clients in targeted segments to secure profitable business.
• Maintaining active interaction with existing clients to rebuild confidence ensuring prolonged retention. Explore new business opportunities through systematic prospecting to generate business inquiries.

• Handled HNI portfolio of classic customers of the bank, catering to their service issues, requests, query handling, cross Selling and up selling of different banking products, investment banking, asset relationship.
