• Responsible for preparing 3D Visuals for all proposals of Interior/ Exterior/Events Projects.
• Responsible for preparing 2D drawings (Floor Plan, Layout, Elevation etc.) for proposed and confirmed Projects.
• Assisting Architects and Interior Designers in detail drawings and space planning for approval of client, and preparing Tender Documents/ Quotation.
• Assisting Architects/ Interior Designers in meeting clients/ sub-contractors/ engineers/ purchasing/ selection of material finishing.
• Performs site inspection/site measurement for proposed and confirmed design/ projects.
• Prepares Design Development drawings in respect to CAD standards for ID Projects
• Supervises site during construction/installation.
• Collaborates closely with Production Department to ensure the correct specifications and standard of project.
• Designs basic Interior and Events Project.
• Oversees construction of Special Stand/Project in fabrication period and on-site installation.
• Collaborates closely with Production Department to ensure the correct specifications and standard of Special Design Stand.
• Supervises few construction/renovation of Offices and Office Lobby.
• Prepares schematic Key Plan for straightforward site installation.
• Assisting Sales/Architects in meeting clients for requirements and specification of their Stand/Design.
• Assisting Sales/Architects in handling foreign and local clients.
• Directly reporting to Production Manager to assist in other areas, to up-date the specification of on-going fabrication of stand/booth and checking of pending projects.
• Assisting foreign and local clients in the inspection of completed projects all throughout in the Philippines, provides photos and weekly report of accomplishment.
• Follow-ups the clients on status of proposed projects thru email.
• Provides few estimates/costing of Customized Booth Stand.
• Designs few Customized and Upgraded System Booth Design.
• Estimates workers to be retained or added for the set-up, disassembly and open days of assigned projects.
• Trains newly hired supervisor.
• Performs marking of area allocated for each booth.
• Oversees additional requirements of exhibitors during the show proper.
