At St Alberts ulanda girls high school, I worked as a classroom teacher and a class manager. I was in charge of the class, reporting to administration and the parents. I was in charge of curriculum delivery, exam management and evaluation, reporting the same to the administration for further action. I emerged the best class teacher at the end of the four year course with my girls after they sat their Kenya certificate of secondary school exams of 2023.I managed mentor over three quarter of the class to join public universities under competitive grading structure in Kenya. They managed to also perform exemplary well in my subject area. I gave out girls that were fit in the society, adhering to current generational changes.
At chakama secondary secondary in kilifi county ,while on internship,I engaged myself to train learners that were living in a hardship area on modern agriculture methods to do their planting inorder to boost their livelihoods and that of their families. I also trained them on business gaps to tap on. I also connected one girl to a better environment sponsored by Vonwarld secondary in kilifi and as I write, she is already successful in her academia. I also archieved a lot in debating clubs by trying to build a culture of critical thinking and speaking skills amongst students.
