Job Function:
*Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and Company Consultants. Handles information requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
*Co-manage the Chairman & CEO’s calendar of schedule, and follow up meetings with external contacts. Manage the General Manager’s calendar of schedule and workload.
*Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications to respective Managers and/or staff.
*Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.
*Maintain an easy to access filing system that includes company correspondence and reports.

Job Function
Supervise, coordinates and participates in the day-to-day Personnel Administration function. Includes directing the preparation, processing and approval of personnel actions for new appointments, promotions, transfers, leaves, salaries & benefits, termination and providing assistance to Management in preparing monthly reports and other ad hoc reports
Administrative Duties:
1. Supervise and monitor the activities of assigned staff in the Personnel Department in the preparation of various employee actions such as new hires, salary increases, promotion & transfer and other actions.
2. Attends to and attempt to resolve employee concern, problem or complaints and administer according to Company Policy and Saudi Labor Laws.
3. Receives information regarding personnel action and issues from concerned departments and take appropriate step in accordance with established company policies & procedures.
4. Conduct orientation program for new employees.
5. Counter check the processing of travel and other miscellaneous employee benefits. Involves verifying entitlements against file and HR System or obtaining required documents and directs processing in accordance to established company policies & procedures.
6. Maintain a well organized Employee Records and ensure an updated and accurate Data System thru HR Database that generates reports for Management.
7. Facilitates transport to and from various locations on behalf of new & vacationing employees.

Rephil Stations.
2. Manage a team of Station Supervisors.
3. Conduct training necessary to improve employee
performance.

1. Manage a team of Field Trainers who conduct training module and motivates personnel of different Flying V stations nationwide.
2. Design and conceptualize company training program for Flying V in accordance with its Vision - Mission.
3. Responsible for the full implementation of all FV Training Programs in its nationwide operations.
4. Manage department budget for annual plans and projects.
5. Conduct Performance Appraisal / Standard Compliance Audit of Flying V stations nationwide.
6. Develop and recommend Marketing & Management Program Strategy for Flying V Dealers.
1. Conduct Training Modules for forecourt attendants / cashier / supervisor to be deployed in various SHELL stations in Metro Manila.
2. Perform compliance audit according to SHELL standards of service.
