Responsibilities:
• Treasurer (coordinating & managing banks’ accounts FX oprerations), controlling & approving all kind of reconciliations (Banks, Suppliers, Clients, intercompany...etc). Monitoring and supervising all cashes. Controlling and managing all Accounts receivable & payables in addition to the cash flow, actual and projection (daily, weekly & monthly). Liaising with Banks for any Facility renewal procedures needed.
• Controlling and approving all GL transactions & data entries, controlling and approving the payroll, taxes, VAT, all provisions and prepayments, assets amortization life time.
• Costing control, analyzing GP reports (per divisions and item products), Approving All operations (invoices, delivery notes ..etc).
• Preparing the daily, weekly & Monthly cash flow, P&L, Balance sheet and other financial reports ... etc, .
• Controlling & monitoring the closing of the monthly and yearly Trial Balance,
• Preparing Financial statements reports & consolidated pack according to IFRS
Assistant Registrar, monitor and supervise the registration procedures, Banner system administrator, supervising and coordinating all the registration’s operations on the Banner system in order to get successful reports and results which facilitate and enhance work. Auditing students’ reports and files.
- Data entry (JV, Payment, and Receipt).
- Reconciliation (Banks, Suppliers, Clients).
Monitoring, supervising and implementing overall situation, maintenance procedures, geared towards enhancing sales procedures and services.
Training workers to be familiar with the business nature as well to deal with customers and helping them to improve themselves and developing their skills.
