Training the new office staff in the policies, procedures, and guidelines followed by the school.
•Filling the documents of the students.
•Instruct the office staff in the daily routines followed and the ways for proper cash handling.
•Help the school to maintain a good service.
•Assign in the accounting to received / collect a tuition fee of the students.
•Coordinate with the parents issues in bill settlement.
•Making a monthly daily time record of the employees.
•Efficiently resolving parents inquiries and regarding school
policies, both in person over the telephone calls.
Assisting the kids upon arrival in the school bus.
•Doing the inventory of the school uniforms/ supplies.
•Taking care of the kid’s and afternoon care as well.
•Tidy up of classroom after the class.
•Doing the list of lacking supplies at the end of the term.
•Maintaining the cleanliness of the office.
•Preparing coffee of the admin. /visitor’s.
Work Profile: •Classroom Adviser of elementary students and a subject teacher in high school. •Taught Reading, Language, Home Economics and Values subjects. •Doing the grades at the end of the grading period. •Preparing lesson plans every day. •Provide a warm, supportive environment for developing academic social and emotional growth. •Preparing the visual aids.
