As a faculty and teacher, we're preparing syllabus, modules, lesson plan, class records and activities (for daily, weekly, monthly and major exams) of our students for the whole year. We were assigned four (4) subjects to teach and levels. We preparing the classroom for a good and productive kind of environment of learning so that our students will be interested in learning and not to feel bored.
All the documents prepared should be compiled, organized, and filed it to the office of every department for approval and finalized it once it was approved.
As a teacher, we acted as a classroom manager. Means we are implementing our own rules and regulations inside and out of the classroom to teach discipline, good values, and good morals.
We have class description and specifications. we have special class for special children and the regular class for the regular and normal kids. Sometimes we are mixing them in one class to develop their socialization so that they will not feel that they are different from each other. No learners left behind .
Me myself as a faculty I'm handling secondary teaching Mathematics, History and Practical Arts. in elementary I'm teaching Mathematics, History and Computer Basic Knowledge.
We have daily records of students' activities, quizzes, and for their conduct. We are updating it daily, weekly and monthly then encoding, compiling and filing it to the office of the department head and the administration. Any activities held in school we their teachers lead them, teach them and guide them what to do. Through this they learned a lot and become interested in everything learning activities and wants to participate.
We also act as their second parents in school, show them love, appreciate and give them importance. Guide them and provide what they need so at the end of the day they're going back home with a smile on the face and have something to share with their family on what they have learned in school.
A the end of the school its the tiredly and busy moments because we have to finalize everything, make a report for the whole year, meet the parents and conduct meeting and discussion for every awardees. Then, conduct a recognition for the awardees and deserving students for appreciation.
When classes closed its our time to make a general report for the whole year of grades and records of students, compiling and filing it to the department head for checking and then to the administration's office for approval and once it was approved its our time to take our vacation and the administration will manage to file everything to the national office of the department of education. Then after two to three weeks of vacation it's time to start a summer classes. again. Same responsibilities and same daily routine.
