1. Assists in the recording, receiving, and releasing of documents to the concerned Office, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in document handling;

2. Assists in the timekeeping of IAD’s daily attendance, maintaining reliable attendance records for all staff members;

3. Assists in consolidating Monthly Accomplishment Reports of IAD staff, ensuring completeness and accuracy in reporting;

4. Assists in the maintenance of records and files (both digital and physical) of IAD for audit reference, ensuring proper organization and accessibility;

5. Assists in the preparation of monthly requests for office supplies aimed at supporting operational needs;

6. Assists in processing approved training request/s of IAD, facilitating the smooth implementation of training programs;

7. Assists in the preparation of Minutes of Entry/Exit Conference, documenting important discussions and decisions accurately;

8. Assists in conducting research on relevant laws and internal audit policies, providing valuable information and insights to support decision-making;

9. Assists in the preparation of Post-Training Reports, summarizing key findings and outcomes from training activities; and


10. Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time by the Head of the IAD.
