*Ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
*Conducts work planning, estimation and prioritization to optimize performance of team and works with Payroll Manager
*Supervise Payroll staff and fill in for the manager as needed and prepare work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
*Assist in monitoring workload and evaluate direct reports
*Escalate potential service issues to Payroll manager.
*Cover for team members in back-up role for vacation and/or high-volume work efforts.
• demonstrate high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
• provide customer satisfaction service by building rapport to the client
• uphold confidentiality of the information
• maintain professional call handling
• serve as mentor and coach to the micro team
• act as first point of escalation for client-specific issues
• maintain a level of proficiency with regards to client's services, policies and site
• provide clarifications and guidelines to enhance eRep's understanding and competence relative to client-specific information
• work with QA analyst to ensure effective implementation of the QA process and deliver timely feedback
• work with the agents to achieve development objectives and performance targets
• perform other duties as assigned
• provide real time feedback on any opportunities / strengths displayed by the agents
through random call listening or remote barging
• drive the micro team to meet the desired target/ goal by providing real time update
• conduct short meetings to strengthen desirable behavior
• initiate review on client-specific issues and policy to ensure confidentiality of information
• assist new hires in their call handling procedure
• evaluate new hires performance
• provide stimulating learning environment in which the students can develop their full potential
• design learning activities that involved tactical, visual, and auditory materials to aid or simplify difficult concepts
• manage and supervised classroom activities and ability to inspire the students for desired effects in the language teaching task
• display good organizational skills and show ability to cope up with the learners
• assign as Senior class adviser
