Job Description :
This position is responsible for Production Planning and Supervision of the whole Plant including Engineering, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Refrigeration and Fish Meal Plant. It carried out from initial Raw material receiving up to end of Production until the Product is dispatch to the Customer.
Job Accountabilities:
Preparation of Production Plan and Supervision of Production Activities.
Continuous effort to establish Procedures for Production Improvements and Process Optimization.
Measure Performance against pre-defined Performance Parameters.
Analyzing Raw Material needs and ensure adequate/Optimal Inventory of Raw Materials.
Coordinate with QC Manager about Product Quality Standards and Product Formulation.
Analyze Product Cost for the New Product.
Monitor and Minimize Product Wastage.
Prepare and Analyze Daily Production Reports.
Review Daily Production Reports generated by the System.
Coordinate Scheduling of Plant Maintenance Activities in Engineering, Production, WWTP,
Refrigeration and Fish Meal.
Responsible for Machineries and Spare Parts Requisition, Repair and Fabrication.
Scheduling of Operation for Tuna, Sardines and Fish Meal Plant.
Develop and Implement Daily Product and Machinery check.
Ensure compliance of HACCP and ISO Requirements.

Job Description :
To ensure consistent Compliance of all Production Process with the established Quality Parameters
In able to produce Product of High Quality and Safe for Human Consumption.
Job Accountabilities:
Monitor Quality of Raw Materials use at the Production Floor & ensure it is check and approve.
Ensure Compliance of all Production Process with the established Procedures, Standard and Specifications.
Provide Trouble Shooting and Technical Support to the Production Group in able to resolve Qualities related Issues, Document and Communicate Findings to Management.
Plan and Organize Manning Requirement per Work Ship. Manage Personnel to attain Quality
parameters. Provide Training & Performance Evaluation to all New Quality Assurance Inspector.
Implement and Monitor Quality, Productivity and Cost Improvement Programs within their Scope of Responsibility.
Assist in Performing Laboratory Analysis (Histamine, Salt and other Analysis) and ensure compliance of all Raw Materials.
Implement all Standards and Specifications, Documents all Process Deviations and follow-up
Corrective Actions.

Ensure compliance with Sanitation, GMP and HACCP Standards.
Ensure accurate and timely Test and Inspection, Reports and Documentation should be accurate and submitted on time.

Job Accountabilities:
Conduct random Checking of Spices, Ingredients and Raw Materials per Product Formulation and Scheduled Production Run.
Perform double Seam Evaluation of Cans and Computation of Overlap in Can Seam per Seamer
Head prior to Can Closing.
Evaluate In-coming Raw Meat Materials and Can Delivery.
Monitor Retorting (Sterilization) and Cooking Process of Sealed Cans as per assigned Product
(Corned Beef, Meat Loaf, Luncheon Meat, Hotdog Tidbits).
Spot Checking of Labeling Area and Dispatching/Loading of Finished Goods.
Monitor Compliance to Production Specification, Process flow and Parameters.
Audit of GMP (Housekeeping, Personnel and Equipment) and HACCP.

Job Accountabilities:
Check Personnel Compliance of HACCP and GMP in every Production Process Run.
Evaluate and Counter Check Machine Sanitation and Housekeeping.
Prepare Samples per Batch Run to be tested in Laboratory for Microbiological Test &
Chemical Analysis
Report any Process Deviation and Non-Compliance of Quality Standard Parameters.

Job Accountabilities:
Monitor QC Set Standard Parameters from Butchering Section to Finished Product.
Perform Double Seam Evaluation of Cans and Computation of Overlap prior to Seaming.
Sensory Can Product Evaluation prior to Dispatching and release of Goods.
Check and Evaluate In-coming Raw Materials if passed the Set Standard of Quality Parameters.
Provide Trouble Shooting and Technical support to Production.
Ensure Food Safety and proper working Procedures.
Document any Product Deviation of Process and take necessary action.
