• Create long-term value for the organization from customers, markets and relationships.
• Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, requirements, potentials, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Meet potential clients and enhance existing relationships by growing, maintaining, and leveraging professional networks and presenting new products and services
• Work with technical team and colleagues to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Conduct periodical market researches and SWOT analysis to help understand the company’s competitive position and determine its strategic direction.
• Develop business and marketing plans and budgets, implement strategies and execute tactics that will serve to achieve short and long term goals.
• Manage and develop strategic sales in line with company directions.
• Lead development and business expansion of existing key accounts.
• Recruit and train sales team members and monitor the sales performance.
• Follow up with the sales team on their clients’ status and receivables, and set Key Performance Indicators and targets for each team member.
• Work with the sales team to produce new customer business, to maintain and expand current profitable customer base and to develop the business with VIP and key accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and communicate timely sales and marketing strategic information.
• Ensure all business transactions meet company P&L objectives.
• Perform ad hoc reporting requirements - Budgets, FYE and monthly reports etc.
• Prepare, lead and assist project implementation for new customers and contracts.
• Maintain supplier relationships.
• Develop and execute brands marketing plans, business plans and budgets to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products.
• Develop brand programs and coordinate advertising, promotions, production, purchasing and packaging.
• Perform continuous market research.
• Create, analyze and present periodic reports.
• Follow up on merchandising team; monitor display plannogrames, prices, and product presentation in POS including key account trade stores.
• Follow Up on brands inventory control.
• Build strong business relationship with customers.
• Visit local and export clients regularly and periodically.
• Identify Local and export market trends and opportunities.
• Participate in yearly budgets and marketing plans (marketing
activities, promotions…) as well as division business plans.
• Create, analyze and present periodic reports.
• Follow up and evaluate customer performance and build
strong business relationship with each through periodical
and regular visits.
• Follow up on merchandising team; monitor display plannogrames,
prices, and product presentation in POS including key account
trade stores.
• Supervise on the ground activities and the performance of the
sales team, merchandisers and beauty advisors.
• Manage the export strategic planning and all the export activities,
orders, shipments and documentation.
• Identify export market trends and opportunities.
