My role is to find properties to list from networking & prospecting accumulated
data, conduct property valuations & viewings, create & distribute marketing campaigns, negotiate offers and more. This is a
commission only position so dedication, personal motivation & positivity is paramount.

This was a brand new start up company with very high aspirations to take over the real
estate market in Kettering and the surrounding areas.

Having had no real experience in
estate agency, my boss Chris saw the amount of potential I had and gave me one of
the best opportunities to thoroughly perfect my skills and ultimately become one of
the highest earning & top selling estate agents in Kettering.

At the start of 2017 I had a
personal pipeline amounting to over £100, 000 worth of selling fees - this is considerably
more than 75% of my local competitors whole office pipelines.

Achieving this success
has not come without it’s challenges and extreme dedication to succeed - 11 hour
days, 6 days a week and keeping in constant communication with clients & partners
inside & out of ‘work’ hours.

I expertly manage all aspects of the business from conducting
professional viewings of the properties to the more skilful task of property valuations.

My role here was as travel consultant which involved selling holidays & travel extras
to our members. It was telesales and online based in a callcentre in Kettering. I
flew through the training and quickly became one of the integral members of my team.
