1. record times of inspections and presence of authorized persons
2. respond to alarms and check alarm systems
3. provide armed escort and personnel security for SKA clients around Mogadishu
4. observe and report suspects to AMISOM, or apprehend offenders when appropriate and detain them until AMISOM arrive
