* Ensure Quality and Quantity inspection of all incoming materials / items
* Maintain inventory accuracy with Quantity check, correct classification and
Batch numbers
* Receive Materials / items into warehouse with proper document
* Maintain effective communication with other department heads and
suppliers
* Assigns, inspects, and evaluates the work performance of personnel assigned to the warehouse.
* Ensure proper Updating of Bin cards and System Stock
* Securing the safety of Stock in the warehouse
* Taking of the receipt on the system and updating of Stock records/Bin Cards
* Ensure proper arrangement of warehouse and Stock to enable effective use of FIFO.AND FEFO
* Evaluates the work performance of subordinate staff
* Distribution of Goods and other Items
* Generation of daily, weekly and monthly stock reports
* Carrying out monthly stock taking exercise
* Co-ordinating of loading and shipping of material
* Preparation of budget for warehouse
* Ensure Discipline and adherence to Good House Keeping Practices in the Warehouse
* Reconciliation of Stock with other department
