Duties & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end logistics, both domestically and internationally.
2. Collaborate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and other partners to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.
3. Prepare and review shipping documentation, including Air Way Bill (AWB) / Bills of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoices, Packing List and Certificate of Origin / Certificate of Conformity, for accuracy and compliance.
4. Track shipments in real-time, address any issues or delays, and provide regular updates.
5. Negotiate contracts with forwarders, carriers and other service providers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export requirements.
7. Conduct regular cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining service quality.
8. Assist in the implementation and optimization of transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any logistics-related issues promptly.
10. Generate reports and maintain records of shipments, inventory, and logistics performance.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and sales, to coordinate logistics for new product launches and expansions.
12. Familiarization of different Logistics Freight Incoterms - Ex Works (EXW), Free on Board (FOB), Cost and Freight (CFR) & Cost Insurance Freight (CIF), Delivered at Place (DAP) & Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conceptualization and Design Development
- Collaborate with clients or project stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Transform initial concepts into detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software.
- Iterate on design concepts based on feedback, aiming to achieve the desired balance between aesthetics and functionality.
2. Technical Drawing Creation
- Develop accurate technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Incorporate precise measurements, tolerances, and material specifications into drawings.
3. 3D Modeling and Rendering
- Create complex 3D models of products, structures, or components using SolidWorks.
- Apply advanced modeling techniques to ensure accurate representation of form, fit, and function.
- Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations to communicate design concepts effectively.
4. Collaborative Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including proposal & project engineers and managers.
- Communicate design intent through clear and concise visual presentations and documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute constructively to design discussions.
5. Project Management and Documentation
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation for future reference.
- Manage design timelines and meet project milestones while ensuring high-quality output.
6. Continuous Learning and Skill Development
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software and industry trends.
- Participate in relevant training programs and online training tutorial courses to enhance skills.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Manage incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
4. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments and courier services.
5. Offer information and assistance to visitors, including directions, office policies, and contact details.
6. Act as a point of contact for resolving administrative or operational issues within the office.
7. Maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and represent the organization professionally.
8. Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems.
9. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and documents.
10. Manage and respond to emails, draft and edit documents, and handle general correspondence.
11. Monitor and order office supplies, and maintain inventory records.
12. Ensure office equipment, like printers and copiers, are in working order and arrange for repairs when necessary.
13. Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff members traveling on business.
14. Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, such as creating reports, preparing presentations, and conducting research.
15. Assist with basic financial tasks (Receivable Accounts), such as following-up and collecting payments, sending statements of account (SOA), tax invoices, delivery orders, and related purchase orders if necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible in assembling and repairing containers (Unit Load Devices), pallets and nets using powered tools and equipment’s. In this job, we do mechanic works such as:
- Cutting sheet metals and patching it to the Unit Load Devices
- Different kind of rivets with the use of hydraulic and pneumatic riveting guns
- Drilling with the use of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical drilling guns
- Using and applying sealant to the Unit Load Device
