* ACMO: Contributed significantly as PMO member for restructuring/optimizing organization, in response to
depressed oil price environment
* Facilitated Optimization program and identified potential saving opportunities to offset revenue losses to the
tune of $50mm
* Designed business processes model within production organization while asset was moving from projects;
169 critical activities were successfully implemented and a SPE paper presented on the lesson learned in an
international petroleum conference (ADIPEC 2015)
* Co-led Well Availability improvement program and accelerated the availability more than 95% through
process upgradation
